Prices
The prices in the online shop are net prices, without assembly, excl.. VAT.
Shipping, shipping costs
The respective shipping costs are displayed and calculated in the online shop when the order is placed.
As a rule, shipping is by Swiss Post, international parcel service, at the expense and risk of the recipient. They are at the expense of the purchaser.
Import to Europe (customs and fees)
We deliver to Switzerland and the European Economic Area.
Orders are invoiced net without VAT.
In the recipient country, customs and fees are payable to the recipient country in the form of customs duty to the deliverer (post, courier, forwarding agent). The customs duty includes, among other things, the VAT of the recipient country.
Commercial customers may require an EORI customs number in their country of destination. If this number is available, it must be provided with the order so that it can be attached to the international shipping documents. Complications, additional costs, waiting times and other contingencies are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not at the discretion of Rarepar GmbH.
Payment agreement
The interested party/customer is offered various payment options in the online shop during the ordering process, such as bank transfer, credit card payment, Paypal and TWINT (in Switzerland) via the payment service provider Wallee.
The goods ordered in the online shop will only be dispatched after receipt of payment within one working day.
Exceptions are commercial companies in Switzerland and Europe, to whom Rarepar GmbH grants a purchase on account until revoked.
Terms of use and contract / customer account
Buyers can only shop in the online shop with an account. For this reason, new customers are required to register for a customer account. For further information see "Private Policy".
The purchase contract for online orders is concluded with the delivery of the goods, not by sending the online order or the automatic electronic order confirmation that you receive by e-mail. The automatic order confirmation only confirms receipt of your electronic order.
Backorders
If an item is not available, it will be placed on backorder. A subsequent delivery of the backorder will be made to the warehouse after receipt of the goods. In the case of an export order, possible backorders and their subsequent deliveries will be clarified separately with the customer.
Changes in assortment, model and price
We reserve the right to make changes to the range, models and prices as well as errors and mistakes. The prices valid on the day of delivery will be charged. During the course of the year, we only make price changes if suppliers charge us higher cost prices or if exchange rates rise.
Right of return
A right of return is excluded and only as a special case to check whether a return is possible in the individual case. Exceptions are transport damages or complaints on the article.
Delivery and transport damages
Customers are obliged to check the goods immediately after receipt. Damage occurring in transit must be reported immediately to the delivering carrier, otherwise no liability can be accepted.
Warranty and liability
The warranty period is 2 years. They are only assumed to the extent that they are provided by our suppliers. Shipping, disassembly/assembly are at the expense of the purchaser. Parts covered by warranty will be replaced and not credited.
In the case of installed or fitted parts, the warranty is only valid for 6 months from delivery. After this period, the customer must provide proof of a warranty case that already existed at the time of delivery.
Our liability is limited to the quality of the products. If the quality of a product is defective, only the value of the goods will be replaced. We shall not be liable for any further damage.
